Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship once it is placed. We always strive to ship your order sooner because we know you're as excited as we are for you to receive it, but sometimes orders can take the full processing time.

All orders ship out via USPS. Once orders have been shipped, standard USPS shipping times do apply. Because of this, shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier delays. 

 

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted at this time. All orders are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. 
Please inspect orders within three calendar days of the delivered date, according to order tracking information, and reach out to us immediately if you find any issues with your order.

Products & Orders

All items ordered are only for the item in the listing, not including any props like books, blankets, e-readers, pens, candles, etc.
Due to the nature of our products being handmade, please remember there can always be slight imperfection in the stitching. The fabric patterns may, and most likely, will shift from the exact photo shown due to the natural process of our handmade process. 
While we do our best to produce the most color accurate product images possible, please note that variances and inconsistencies in various monitors, mobile displays, digital photography, and general screen brightness, we cannot guarantee the colors of our products are accurately shown on your screen all the time.
